We offer one of the most flexible booking policies in Edmonton. You can change one to two hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. (Note: You may reschedule your ride for up to 24 months at no extra cost. However, deposits for specific large-scale event bookings may be non-refundable; please see our terms for details.)
